adnova (“we”) is a Google Ads copilot operated from Geneva, Switzerland, that helps advertisers audit and optimize their Google Ads account. This policy explains what data we process and how.
With your explicit authorization (OAuth), we access your Google Ads account through the Google Ads API (.../auth/adwords scope): campaigns, ad groups, keywords, search terms, ads, budgets and performance metrics. We do not access any other data in your Google account — no Gmail, Drive or contacts.
Only to provide the service to you: generate your audit and recommendations, and — only after your explicit confirmation — apply the optimizations you approve (adding negative keywords, adjusting budgets, pausing campaigns). Never for any other purpose.
adnova's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In plain terms: your Google Ads data is used only to provide the service to you, is never sold, is not used for advertising, is not transferred to data brokers, and is not used to train generalized AI models.
We do not keep a copy of your advertising data. We only store a secure access token (OAuth refresh token), encrypted at rest with our host Cloudflare, so we can carry out your requests. Technical credentials (developer token) stay server-side and are never exposed to you.
We rely on: Google (Google Ads API), Cloudflare (hosting and secure storage) and — if you enable email reports — an email delivery service. No other party receives your data.
You can revoke our access anytime from your Google account (myaccount.google.com/permissions). You can also email us to delete your token and any stored report: deletion within 30 days. Under the GDPR and the Swiss nFADP you have rights of access, rectification and erasure.
